Processing Time

• All orders are MTO (Made to Order), therefore needing additional processing time of 2-7 business days (excluding holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times: Usually updated 1 day after shipment scan.​

                                                        USPS Media Mail- 2-8 Business Days 

                                                        USPS First Class Mail- 1-5 Business Days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly. However, you may also reach out to us at orders@awhandsmade.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
